Job Responsibilities:
• Furnishes vital enterprise IT architecture support for Greater China Region, ensures the implementation of resilient systems within the organizational framework and facilitates the creation of robust IT infra capable of meeting the evolving needs of the Greater China Region landscape.
• Manages Greater China Region IT landscape architecture roadmap activities, communicates with stakeholders regarding developments and milestones, and ensure synchronization with Enterprise Architecture (EA) assets to ensure its alignment with evolving technology landscapes.
• Evaluates the risks associated with Greater China Region IT architecture, understands potential threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities within the architectural landscape, and implements proactive measures to mitigate risks and safeguard the integrity and efficiency of enterprise systems.
• Enhances communication within the architecture community, fostering seamless interaction among stakeholders and facilitating the alignment of Greater China Region organizational goals, strategies, and technological implementations.
• Promotes the dissemination of crucial information, ensures mutual understanding among teams, enables collaborative decision-making processes, optimizes resource utilization and enhances the overall effectiveness of Greater China Region IT projects delivery.
• Promotes enterprise-wide architecture integration spanning both product and enterprise IT domains, ensures cohesive alignment, streamlined processes, and optimal utilization of resources throughout the technological landscape.
• Develops architecture solutions in accordance with Enterprise Architecture Guidance & Greater China Region PS&Q mandate, ensures quality deliverables across the Platform (in-house and supplier), designs solutions, defines transition architecture for legacy systems, and collaborates with other teams for cross-platform design.
• Executes solution selection according to defined Framing and Value Prototyping (F&VP) process and business requirements, supports platform roadmap management by conducting operational alignment analysis and updating Greater China IT blueprints & roadmaps
• Lead PoC & Advanced Technology Assessment for Greater China Region eco-system Digital & AI technologies to ensure local relevancy for business.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Cloud Architecture, Data Architecture
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's with experience as R&D Technical Lead or CTO
