Production Planner (2025 Graduates Preferred)

This position is for 2025 or 2026 university graduates with a bachelor's degree or above (2025 graduates preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports in timely delivery of customer orders by managing the quality of planning-related master data in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management (EIM).
• Assists in generating a feasible/final Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on the Initial/semi-final MPS provided by the Supply Planning function.
• Assists in generating a feasible Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) from the MPS, focusing on minimizing changeover times in coordination with Production/Operations Management.
• Supports in workforce and equipment utilization to generate a feasible DPS.
• Collaborates with Operational Buyers to generate a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and releases production schedules to the shop floor.
• Contributes in daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
• Raises issues and supports in basic troubleshooting production orders and materials, following processes and operational policies to select appropriate solutions.
• Supports in material issuance execution for all production orders and escalates any issues as needed, demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence.
