The Installed Base Administrator helps analyze and maintain Installed Base data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. The role involves adhering to data governance policies, operating management tools, and contributing to process improvements to ensure compliance and efficient data management.
Good To Have:
  • B.COM or an equivalent degree/any commercial or engineering degree
  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Experience in SAP /Servicemax is an added advantage
  • Knowledge and converse on Hindi language is preferred
  • Commercial Bachelor degree or more
  • Experience in SAP /Servicemax - with knowledge on Installed base registration
  • SAP MP1 / Servicemax certification

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helps to analyze Installed Base data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues, making recommendations for data integrity improvements.
  • Adheres to data governance policies and procedures, ensuring that Installed Base records are managed and updated in compliance with company standards.
  • Collects and consolidates data from various sources to ensure the completeness and accuracy of Installed Base records, facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Ensures that all changes to the Installed Base records are accurately captured and reflected in the system in a timely manner, minimizing data inaccuracies.
  • Handles complex data correction tasks by investigating root causes of errors, coordinating with relevant teams, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies in Installed Base data by conducting thorough investigations and cross-referencing with original records and documentation.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product changes, upgrades, and installations to ensure that the Installed Base records reflect the current status accurately.
  • Operates Installed Base management tools and systems efficiently, performing routine system checks and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Organizes and helps to prepare detailed reports on Installed Base metrics and activities, providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Participates in the implementation of process improvements for Installed Base management, contributing ideas to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supports the validation of data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks on Installed Base records, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations

Minimum required Education:

B.COM or an equivalent degree/any commercial or engineering degree

Minimum required Experience:

Prior experience is preferred. Experience in SAP /Servicemax is an added advantage. Knowledge and converse on Hindi language is preferred.

Commercial Batchelor degree or more

Preferred Experience:

Experience in SAP /Servicemax - with knowledge on Installed base registration.

Preferred Certification:

SAP MP1 / Servicemax
