The ideal candidate will be presentable, enthusiastic, punctual, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, serving as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
Must Have
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Answering, forwarding phone calls, or taking relevant messages
- Booking meetings and managing meeting rooms
- Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area and adjacent areas
- Receiving, sorting and scanning incoming mail
- General day-to-day administrative duties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Curious, attentive to detail, highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise
- Able to build strong lasting relationships
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Possesses a valid driving license

PwC is currently looking to expand its administrative team by recruiting an Administrative Assistant for the Tax and Legal Line of Service.
The team working in support services focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the firm. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
We are looking for candidates who are presentable, enthusiastic, punctual, and have the ability to work on their own initiative and towards deadlines. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, as they will hold the role of first point of contact between the firm and its stakeholders.

- Greeting visitors and clients

The Office Administrative team is driven to help each other, pro-actively think of ways to improve, and communicate when in-doubt.
The ideal candidate, is therefore one who :
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Is curious, attentive to detail, highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise
- Is able to build strong lasting relationships
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Possesses a valid driving license
- Administrative experience would be considered an asset
