Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tech Lead / Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and integration of agentic AI solutions within Philips’ CRM landscape (Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Conga CPQ, CLM). The role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows, coupled with solid experience in enterprise-grade application development. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise (AI/ML, Python, Java, JavaScript, MCP, microservices, React.js) with domain knowledge in CRM and CPQ/CLM to design innovative solutions that improve automation, contract lifecycle management, quoting processes, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include leading AI system design, integrating LLM models, architecting MCP servers, and driving MLOps practices.
Must Have
- Lead design and development of agentic AI systems for CRM platforms.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement MCP servers and tools for AI-driven workflows.
- Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) on CPQ/CLM processes.
- Implement microservices and APIs for enterprise application integration.
- Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security and data validation.
- Mentor developers and contribute to building AI capability.
- 6 to 10+ years experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong programming in Python, Java, JavaScript (React.js), Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows.
- Experience in AI-driven development, testing, and MLOps.
- Familiarity with CRM domains and CPQ/CLM processes.
Good to Have
- Experience with CPQ/CLM domain implementation projects.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management frameworks and enterprise quoting systems.
- Exposure to hyperautomation tools (AI Builder, Power Automate, Flow Builder).
- Prior experience in designing secure and scalable agentic AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
- Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
- Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
- Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes (contract lifecycle, framework contract management, quoting).
- Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
- Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards.
- Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong programming expertise in:
- Python, Java, JavaScript (React.js)
- Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, CI/CD pipelines
- PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Proven hands-on experience in delivering AI-powered solutions using:
- LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
- Vector databases, embeddings, semantic search/recommendation systems
- Designing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation
- MCP server and tool development
- Experience in AI-driven development and testing.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with CRM domains (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and CPQ/CLM processes.
- Experience integrating with third-party tools like Conga CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management systems, and quoting frameworks.
Desirable Skills
