Job Summary
In this role, you will join an interdisciplinary and international team to develop innovative non-invasive and invasive hemodynamic monitoring systems. You will gain deep insights into state-of-the-art MedTech technologies, actively analyze physiological data, and develop intelligent algorithms. Your contributions will directly advance patient monitoring systems used globally in intensive care, anesthesia, and emergency care.
Must Have
- Develop and structure software and algorithms for evaluating physiological signals
- Prepare and analyze biological and physiological measurement data
- Perform statistical evaluations and validation analyses
- Develop and test Machine Learning models
- Studies in (Medical/Technical/Bio-)Informatics, Engineering, Electrical/Information Technology or similar
- Good knowledge of C++/C including object-oriented programming
- Proficient in Excel
- Basics in digital signal processing and statistics
- Very good English skills
Good to Have
- Python knowledge
- Initial experience in measurement data analysis

Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity
to contribute to the development of innovative non-invasive and invasive hemodynamic monitoring systems in an interdisciplinary and international team. You will gain deep insights into state-of-the-art MedTech technologies and actively work on the analysis of physiological data and the development of intelligent algorithms. You will directly contribute to the further development of patient monitoring systems used worldwide in intensive care, anesthesia, and emergency care.
Your tasks
- Development and structuring of software and algorithms for evaluating physiological signals
- Preparation and analysis of biological and physiological measurement data
- Performing statistical evaluations and validation analyses
- Development and testing of Machine Learning models
Great if you bring the following
- Studies in (Medical/Technical/Bio-)Informatics, Engineering, Electrical/Information Technology or similar
- Good knowledge of C++/C including object-oriented programming
- Proficient in Excel
- Basics in digital signal processing and statistics (e.g., regression, correlation, distributions)
- Team spirit and enjoyment of varied tasks in an interdisciplinary environment
- Independent, precise and reliable way of working as well as high self-initiative
- Very good English skills
- Advantageous: Python knowledge and initial experience in measurement data analysis
This is our compensation package
- Salary: depending on your professional experience and your current studies, your salary is 17.58 €/h or 19.70 €/h
