This role involves managing client relationships for fulfillment services, overseeing daily operations, handling customer support, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining success metrics, preparing presentations, assisting with contract negotiations, and providing technical fulfillment expertise to ensure customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or operations, particularly within 3PL logistics, fulfillment, and warehousing.

Must Have:- Own and manage rapport with existing clients
- Manage day-to-day operations and change requests
- Main customer support for operational and system enquiries
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain existing customer success metrics, documentation and data
- Prepare, draft and review presentations with customers
- Work closely on contract negotiation and engagements
- Handle inquiries and ad hoc/fulfilment related tasks
- Provide technical fulfilment expertise
- Create customer retention using value proposition and continuous improvement
- At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success or operations role
- Experience in 3PL logistics business, particularly fulfilment and warehousing
- Track Record on provide service that is up to shipper or platform expectation
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
