Job Description

NIIT is seeking a Field Sales Specialist with 0-1 year of experience to engage colleges, conduct sessions, and provide career counseling to students. The role involves promoting NIIT's online learning programs, managing the full sales closing cycle, and maintaining CRM databases. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with high dedication, empathy, and a disciplined approach to sales, including a willingness to travel to locations like Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai.
Must have:
  • Engage colleges and connect with key personnel (Deans, HODs, TPOs).
  • Organize and conduct sessions, events, and webinars for students.
  • Provide career counseling to potential learners (final-year students, unemployed graduates).
  • Promote the uniqueness and effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model.
  • Own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Hardworking individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
  • Proven track record as a Rockstar sales performer.
  • Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with potential learners, showing patience and powerful empathy.
  • Disciplined approach towards building a funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and be on the field.

Exp-Fresher-1 year

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engaging Colleges: Approach colleges (in and around your base city) to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs, demonstrating the value NIIT brings to their students.

2. Conducting Sessions: Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students to introduce them to NIIT’s new-age career programs that can help them start their careers.

3. Career Counselling: Counsel potential learners (final-year college students, unemployed graduates), helping them plan their career paths and understand how NIIT can catalyze their careers.

4. Promoting Online Learning: Establish the uniqueness and effectiveness of NIIT's model of online learning.

5. Sales Closing: Own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including making phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

6. Database Management: Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM.
