Affordplan’s product Swasth enables its partner hospitals to drive more engaging patient life cycles while helping patients save on their medical bills. Affordplan works with 100+ hospitals across the country and is present in 20+ cities. Affordplan plans to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead microservices transformation initiative
• Manage cross-functional team of 12-15 members
• Coordinate parallel service development workstreams
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Sprint planning and delivery management

Technical Skills:

• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Healthcare domain knowledge preferred
• Microservices project experience
• JIRA, Confluence
• Understanding of AWS cloud services

Must-Have:

• Experience with monolith-to-microservices migrations
• Healthcare supply chain domain knowledge
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Good to have:

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
