The GRIC Finance Business Partner will be embedded in their functional area, reporting to the cluster Finance Manager. This role involves collaborating across the organization to provide analytical insight, advise leadership, and drive business decisions. The partner will be accountable for financial decision support, ensuring annual financial results, and evaluating long-term strategy for Greece and Israel, while optimizing finance department operations.
Must have:
  • Support month-end finance activities for GR/CY
  • Support external auditors and tax activities for GR
  • Support GR market sales and P&L Forecast (CMF, plan)
  • Responsible for rolling CY market sales and P&L Forecast (CMF, plan)
  • Support the 3-1 Planning Cycle
  • Support Core Commercial Cycle and financial deck for DRM
  • Support preparing the MPR deck
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and drive self-service
  • Support analysis requests from the business (deep dive promotional/commercial review)
  • Lead local analysis to support SKU rationalization decision making
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to discover trends and insights for business recommendations
  • Answer questions from users on reports and provide reports where there is a gap
  • Undergraduate Studies in Finance or Business
  • 3 years of experience in Business Finance in FMCG, P&L related positions
  • Excellent English Language proficiency
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with in-depth knowledge of key finance processes
  • Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity in a changing environment
  • Problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Excellent ability to manage and influence a variety of stakeholders
  • People management skills

About the role

GRIC Finance Business Partner

GRIC Finance Business Partner will be embedded in his functional area and will report into the cluster Finance Manager – will be a member of the CEE Fin team, creating insight to drive growth for GR and for the cluster.

This role will collaborate across the organization to provide analytical insight to advise leadership and drive business decisions using a wide variety of internal and external performance data and tools. This is the key business partnering role within the finance team accountable for all aspects of financial decision and support to internal customers to ensure the delivery of annual financial results and evaluation of longer terms strategy.

GRIC Finance Business Partner is responsible for the cluster financial planning, monitoring and delivery, provides wider and holistic view to drive financial priorities and improve maturity level of financial planning in both Greece and Israel and is designed also to optimize ways of working within GRIC finance department.

  • Partnering as key member of the local\cluster business team
  • Contributing to business performance with rigorous, evidence-based, and analytical decision making
  • Ensuring resource optimization and investment decision support

It is essential that the role holder has good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to operate effectively in a challenging environment that is undergoing considerable change and can create strong relationships across all in-market functions.

Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills Essential

Education:

  • Undergraduate Studies in Finance, Business

Experience:

  • 3 yrs of experience in the following areas: Business Finance in FMCG, P&L related positions
  • Excellent English Language
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills - in depth knowledge if key finance processes
  • Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity in changing environment.
  • Problem solving/decision making.
  • Excellent ability to manage and influence a variety of stakeholders, business and also central service teams
  • People management skills
