Finance Manager (7–12 Years Experience, Change-Maker in a Growing Tech Environment)

What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve financial reporting and the general ledger for Fictiv Mexico, ensuring both accuracy and insight.
- Ensure compliance in bookkeeping, taxation, and reporting — while identifying smarter, faster, and more scalable solutions.
- Manage cash flow and foreign exchange in a dynamic, fast-moving market.
- Redesign and optimize accounting processes for both local and cross-border transactions.
- Lead payroll and vendor payments with precision and efficiency.
- Drive faster, more accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
- Champion ERP best practices for order fulfillment and invoicing efficiency.
- Partner closely with US-based leadership to exchange ideas, insights, and solutions.
- Serve as a change agent, introducing improvements that scale with company growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger accounting.
- Experience in tech, manufacturing, or multinational environments preferred, but not required.
- Skilled in cost or inventory accounting.
- Proven track record of leading process improvements and challenging the status quo.
- Excellent understanding of local financial and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working across global time zones in high-growth environments.
- Strong business English communication skills (written and spoken).
