Job Description
Valeo, a global tech company, is seeking a Finance Trainee in Rakovnik. This full-time role involves supporting the Finance department, managing electronic invoices, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with various stakeholders. The trainee will also assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Ideal candidates are university students or recent graduates in economics with knowledge of MS Office, Google environment, and communicative English. Must have:
- Support the Finance department
- Monitor and manage electronic invoices
- Process and prepare invoices for accounting, resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Communicate with production plants
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Main Responsibilities:
- Support of the Finance department

Requirements:
- University student or high school/university graduate freshly after graduation, preferably in economics
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google environment
