As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Product and Tech Finance Team, supporting the Engage business segment. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business problems spanning a wide range of cross-functional business activities, including deep analytics and business recommendations. This position will have a heavy focus on gross profit and the identification of key drivers to assist senior management in the decision-making process. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding analytical abilities, critical thinking, a steadfast and intellectual curiosity, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue.
• Own and improve sophisticated financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning.
• Use market information and cross-functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and provide greater insight into GP drivers.
• Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes as well as providing analysis on customer pricing scenarios. Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers.
• Act as a valued business partner to the Engage Product team by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with peers to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus.
• Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.
• Strong “customer service” focus and ability to create value for stakeholders.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus.
