We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative to join our Services Enablement (Order Processing) team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing expertise in Zscaler products and managing their enablement on the customer portal, including audits and provisioning activities
• Serving as a key contact across multiple teams to resolve customer product enablement queries and supporting seamless service activation
• Collaborating with the Orders Management team to assist in order booking, billing, ticket handling, and updating systems like NetSuite and Salesforce
• Ensuring accurate licensing, trial provisioning, and timely updates for customer churns and renewals
• Driving issue resolution through root cause analysis (RCA) and supporting Partner and Customer Success teams with contract-related queries

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Graduate/Postgraduate in commerce, finance or related field with 1 year of experience
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office
