Founding Full Stack Engineer

The Role

We’re hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our lean team out of our Bangalore HQ (HSR Layout) and help shape the future of Linkrunner.

You will:

• Own and build end-to-end product features across the stack (frontend, backend, infra)
• Architect scalable systems for billions of monthly events
• Work with TypeScript, Postgres, AWS (and evaluate what else we should adopt)
• Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to ship faster and smarter
• Optimize for developer experience, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate directly with founders on product roadmap and technical direction
• Contribute to culture, processes, and hiring as an early team member

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in TypeScript/Node.js + modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with scalable data systems (Postgres, data pipelines, distributed infra)
• Comfort with AWS (or other cloud) + infra automation
• Extensive use of AI coding copilots in day-to-day work
• Hustler mindset - comfortable moving fast, iterating, and owning outcomes
• Passion for building 0 → 1 products in fast-moving environments
• Bonus: Experience in marketing tech/ad tech/analytics platforms
