Who will you work with?

By joining the Finance Team, you will find extremely talented, determined, and committed people to drive financial and process improvements. This position will support the Engineering Center, working with labor rates, monthly hour verification, and invoice preparation. You will also collaborate with the finance team on day-to-day issues, providing details from the Engineering Center.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Brazilian Engineering Center with high exposure. You will have the opportunity to work with different teams and contexts, being able to enhance your knowledge.

What do we want to know about you?

• Knowledge in cost/billing control.
• Graduated in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, and related fields.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable knowledge in Microsoft Power BI.
• Desirable knowledge Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Advanced English.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Verify and analyze the total working hours per employee monthly.
• Compare the standard versus actual labor rate.
• Prepare invoices for different countries and multiple cost centers.
• Provide all information to the billing team on local service invoices.
• Ensure and control the registration of invoices in accounting.
• Work on intercompany balance reconciliation monthly.
• Control CAPEX of the Engineering Center.
• Lead the entire process to ensure intercompany receivables.
• Lead communications with multiple countries.
• Prepare presentations for leaders on the financial performance of the Engineering Center.
• Interact with the tax team to certify the correct taxes for each process.
