The Fraud Analyst ensures continuous risk management, proactively anticipating and minimizing risk exposure in gaming activities. This role involves identifying and investigating potentially fraudulent account activities, implementing mitigation measures, and analyzing customer behavior.

Must have:

Verify new real money accounts and transactions.
Investigate and mitigate fraudulent account activities.
Perform KYC checks and document validation.
Conduct withdrawal and game play verification.
Address player risk-related concerns via email.
Validate financial documents and player proofs.
Grade 12 or equivalent education.
Experience in international contact centres.
Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
Ability to diagnose problems and assess solutions.
Adherence to procedures and guidelines.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts.

Good to have:

Previous Fraud & Risk experience.

Purpose of the Role

To ensure continuous risk management and pro-actively anticipate issues to minimize risk exposure in our gaming activities. Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent account activities and set measures in place to mitigate. You will be also involved in analyzing customer behavior.

Responsibilities:

Verify all the required new real money accounts created which are flagged by our reports.
Verify accounts which hit velocity checks for transactions made on deposit options.
Verify accounts which fail internal control checks and block them to mitigate abuse.
Verify accounts where financial information misuse is suspected.
Carry out required and mandatory KYC checks along with document validation.
Withdrawal verification involving all aspects including game play checks to ensure fair play before any money is paid out.
Address player contacts via email & escalations, with respect to their account and any risk related concerns.
Validate financial documents and other player proofs associated with the account.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience in working for an international contact centre.
Previous Fraud & Risk experience (advantageous).
Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment.
Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
Ability to work within defined procedures and guidelines.
Ability to diagnosis problems and assess alternative solutions.
Ability to demonstrate and work on own initiative.
Flexible to work shift-patterns.
Accuracy and great attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent team player.
