Job Description

This role involves leading and managing cross-functional technology teams, providing technical guidance, and driving technology initiatives to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions, evaluating new technologies, and developing technology roadmaps. Daily activities include stakeholder collaboration, team leadership, technology evaluation, roadmap development, vendor management, and mentoring team members.
Must Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development
  • Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools
