Job Description
Hidden in the hills of San Pantaleo, Petra Segreta Resort & Spa, a Relais & Chateaux 5-star property, is seeking a Front Desk Agent. This role involves supporting all reception and management practices, including check-in/out, room assignment, and guest reception. The agent will contribute to the department's smooth operation, ensuring high guest satisfaction by promptly responding to requests and anticipating needs. Responsibilities also include promoting the property's services through up-selling/cross-selling and proactive concierge activities.
Must have:
- Support for all reception and management practices carried out at the Front Desk (check-in/out, room assignment, guest reception...)
- Contribute to the smooth running of the department, maintaining high levels of guest experience
- Work in a team to maximize guest satisfaction by responding promptly and timely to requests, anticipating their needs
- Promote the property's services with up-selling/cross-selling activities
- Proactivity in concierge activities
