EZ Games is seeking a Game Designer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves designing new feature systems, updating game content, balancing in-game item systems, and maintaining design documents. Candidates need at least 1 year of experience, specifically in designing and balancing card collection, crafting, or skill tree systems, and must be knowledgeable about the mobile gaming market. The designer will collaborate with developers and artists to perfect game products.

Must have:

Design new feature systems and update game content.
Balance in-game item systems and add related functions.
Establish and maintain game design documents.
Research market and competitive opponents.
Collaborate with developers and artists.
At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent position.
Experience designing/balancing card collection, crafting, or skill tree systems.
Passionate and knowledgeable about the mobile gaming market.

Good to have:

Preference for experience in RPG/mid-core projects.
