Behaviour Interactive is seeking a talented Game Designer intern to join their Montreal studio for a Fall 2025 internship. This role involves actively participating in the development of a new video game, utilizing creative and technical skills to shape design tools for a cutting-edge product. The intern will collaborate with other disciplines, provide detailed documentation, follow production pipelines, develop game features, and identify/solve issues with designers and programmers. This is a paid, hybrid internship requiring 37.5 hours/week for 3 months starting September 2024, with eligibility to work full-time in Canada, Quebec.
Must have:
  • Provide clear and detailed documentation to the design team.
  • Follow the production pipeline of features, applying guidelines and best practices.
  • Develop game features, working with other designers.
  • Identify the issues you will face, working with designers and programmers in order to solve them.
Good to have:
  • Experience with prototyping

Behaviour is looking for a talented intern to actively participate in the development of a new videogame. In this role, you will use your creative and technical skills, in collaboration with members of other disciplines, to shape the design tools on this cutting-edge product attached to an exciting brand, in development with a renown external partner. 🎮

In this role you will:

What we’re looking for:

  • Studies in the relevant field.
  • Skills and knowledge of Unreal game engine.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience with prototyping is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, French.
