Job Description
This full-time position involves performing manual testing of game features across various platforms to identify and report bugs. Responsibilities include creating and following test cases to ensure thorough coverage, logging clear and reproducible bugs with detailed steps, meeting deadlines, and providing constructive feedback. The role also requires recommending improvements to gameplay and user experience, collaborating with the team, and taking ownership of tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for video games, understanding the user's perspective while acknowledging development constraints. They should also be able to continuously learn and adapt.
Must have:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Passion for video games.
- Knowledge of bug life cycle.
- Knowledge of a game development cycle.
- Familiarity with PC and console platforms.
Good to have:
- Basic ability to debug development logs.
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with test case creation
- Experience with Git
- Experience with other game-dev disciplines than QA

FULL-TIME POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing across game features and platforms to identify bugs and ensure quality.
- Create and follow test cases for complete feature coverage.
- Log clear, reproducible bugs with detailed steps.
- Meet deadlines and provide constructive feedback.
- Recommend gameplay and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with the team and take ownership of your tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills. Excellent written descriptive skills when communicating product issues.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker, accountable, and proactive with great organizational skills.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Motivation and passion for video games, able to view the product from the end user’s perspective while also respecting development constraints.
- Knowledge of bug life cycle.
- Knowledge of a game development cycle.
- Familiarity with PC and console platforms.
Ways to standout:
