The Global Production Operations Director is a pivotal leadership role within StudioX, responsible for optimizing all aspects of production for the TCCC account from an operational standpoint. This strategic visionary will leverage deep expertise in the end-to-end production lifecycle to architect and drive the successful, flawless execution of complex, multi-market initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across the entire TCCC global account.
This role demands a deep understanding of modern production principles and foundational best practices. You will collaborate extensively across the WPP network, including regional and global leadership, to analyze, solve, and present viable strategic production roadmaps and solutions, actively identifying new work streams and leveraging StudioX's vast capabilities.
Thriving in a flexible, fast-paced global environment, the Ops Director will possess strong commercial acumen, superior problem-solving skills, and exceptional relationship-building capabilities. You will serve as a global ops leader, enabling adoption of innovative tech & tools within production teams, championing groundbreaking creative work, and demonstrating a passion for operational efficiency and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to complex global challenges.
The Global Production Ops Director is responsible for stewarding the implementation and ongoing growth of Production Pods, the TCCC/StudioX networked production platform established through a dedicated team of producers to deliver a modern, streamlined content production approach in managing marketing campaigns across all categories. The Pods transform the production process and will enhance production stewardship across the experience loop, enabling greater integration of tech & tools, making our production teams stronger and better strategic partners across all forms of creative to deliver powerful work at scale and with the highest craft standards, with efficiency, effectiveness and speed.
