TLDR

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in crafting visually captivating 3D badges and medals for our VR fitness app, as well as other digital marketing materials.

Where you’ll spend your time

• Designing and developing 3D badges that users can earn within the VR app, ensuring they are visually appealing and contextually appropriate

• Designing and developing 3D medals assigned to users after they have completed a workout

• Collaborating with the VR development team to integrate badges effectively into the existing system

• Optimising 3D models and renders for 2D screens

• Testing badge visibility and functionality within the VR app to ensure a seamless user experience

We’d love to see from you

• Previous experience in gamification and digital badge design

• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and graphic design software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar

• Proficient in concept creation and a strong understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques specific to VR

• Experience in designing interactive elements for virtual reality or augmented reality platforms

• Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• [nice to have] Knowledge of Unity, particularly relating to asset integration
