As a Growth Lead at OKX, you will spearhead the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies across the LATAM region. You will manage a multi-channel growth plan encompassing paid acquisition, PR, SEO/ASO, social media, content creation, affiliates, and offline activations. This role involves tailoring marketing strategies for LATAM audiences while maintaining brand consistency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, own the user lifecycle, analyze performance data, build partnerships, and adapt global strategies for local execution. You will also be a key voice for LATAM users, contributing to product improvements and local initiatives.
