The Growth Lead will spearhead OKX's expansion across LATAM, owning the strategy and execution across multiple growth channels. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven growth strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns (paid acquisition, PR, SEO/ASO, social media, content creation, affiliates, and offline activations), tailoring marketing strategies for LATAM audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning the full user lifecycle. The individual will also analyze performance data, build partnerships, adapt global strategies, and serve as a key voice for LATAM users. They need to have experience in driving measurable growth, a deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and also strong communication skills.
