Job Description

The Growth Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the company's BI tool, addressing questions and resolving issues. Responsibilities include managing creative tools, analytics, optimization, and automation, evaluating tool performance, and handling attribution and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer and Adjust. This role involves housekeeping, new partner integrations, and guiding the wider team in MMP utilization. The ideal candidate possesses experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau), mobile user data, user acquisition tools, mobile game creatives, and MMPs. Strong spreadsheet, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of SKAdNetwork and data privacy measures. SQL knowledge is a plus.

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our Growth Team in Barcelona.

What You'll Do

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will function as one of the main PoC’s for both internal and external stakeholders for the BI tool that the business uses. You will work with all relevant stakeholders to answer questions and solve any issues should they arise.

  • You will be the main PoC for creative tools, analytics, optimization, and automation. You will evaluate the performance of the relevant tools employed and try to answer the questions.

  • You will be a part of the team responsible for attribution and Mobile Measurement Partners. You will perform the housekeeping of these tools as well as do the new partner integrations. You will also help the wider team by guiding them within this particular space.

  • You will help the team evaluate, integrate, and maintain internal and external tools.

What We're Looking For

About You

  • Understanding of and experience with at least one BI/Visualization tool like Looker, Tableau, or any other tool and understanding of how BI tools work

  • Exposure to user acquisition and mobile user data, and you understand how data flows and what it means in different contexts.

  • Experience in using different user acquisition tools like audience builders, automation systems for creatives, or any other similar tool in the mobile space.

  • Experience in and understanding of creatives and their importance in the mobile gaming space.

  • Deep understanding of and extensive experience with Mobile Measurement Partners/Tools like AppsFlyer and/or Adjust  and ability to use them comfortably with all their available features.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets like Excel.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Basic understanding of SKAdNetwork and other privacy measures in the industry. Experience in working with SKAdNetwork data is a plus.

  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
