Binance is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Vietnam to drive user growth and engagement. This role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns, including email and paid social across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Twitter. The manager will be responsible for data analysis to monitor growth, optimize strategies, and improve ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns and coordinating lead generation activities are also key. The ideal candidate will analyze competitor insights and apply trends to the crypto/blockchain space.

Responsibilities
Responsible for growth indicators, especially proficient in designing user growth activities.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
Good at data analysis, able to quickly establish an effective data analysis framework, monitor and analyze user growth data, evaluate the effect of strategies, and drive business growth through dataFocus on refined channel operation, build channel/user layered incentive system and life cycle management mechanism, design differentiated operation strategy, and drive platform user growth;
Build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, and etc.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Coordinate online/offline lead generation and customer-acquisition activities such as events, business partnerships, networking, promotionsHelp gather and analyze competitor insights, trends, and dataSpot trends and apply ideas to crypto/blockchain.
Requirements
Bilingual English/Vietnamese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.3+ years of working experiences with integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding, performance marketing and analytics.
Proven track record of driving successful paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
Experience working in agency or in-house digital marketing teams preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with team members.
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with graphic editor software such as figma or photoshopFamiliar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, campaign management platforms, ad tech toolsUser-focused and product-driven mindset.
Familiar with Blockchain technology or the fin-tech sector is a plus.
Strong attention to KPIs and deadlines.
