Decagon is building a Growth & Partnerships team to build and deepen high-impact relationships across a dynamic ecosystem that includes investors, AI labs, global consultants, and other AI software players. As a member of this team, you’ll work closely alongside our founders and sales leadership to identify, craft, and execute strategies that drive hyper-growth.
Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities across various sectors, with a focus on high-impact collaborations that drive business growth
Build repeatable playbooks for activating investor networks, generating warm referrals and intros, and embedding Decagon in enterprise transformation roadmaps
Drive internal alignment across sales, product, and executive teams to unlock strategic deals through your partnerships
Represent Decagon as a proxy for our founders externally with prospects, customers, and partners in various forms such as conferences, events, and customer visits
3-6 years of experience in investing, consulting, strategic partnerships, or founder/operator roles in high-growth tech environments
Have a strong network and understanding of the AI and CX landscapes
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance
Exceptional communicator as this will be a heavily external-facing role interfacing with senior leadership internally and externally
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in identifying and capitalizing on growth strategies
Willingness to travel as needed to attend internal meetings, partner/investor firm meetings, industry events, and conferences
