SOFTSWISS is hiring a Head of Business Development – Asia to drive our regional growth strategy. You’ll lead market expansion, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts across Asia, shaping our presence in one of the most dynamic regions in iGaming.
Must have:
Define and execute the business development strategy for Asia to accelerate company growth.
Expand SOFTSWISS’s footprint by building high-value partnerships with operators, aggregators, and technology providers.
Drive revenue performance and adapt commercial strategies to the regulatory and competitive landscape in Asia.
Represent the SOFTSWISS brand in the region, ensuring our solutions meet local market needs and cultural expectations.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across Asia, aligning regional strategy with global objectives.
Lead client acquisition efforts, from pitching to contract negotiation, ensuring long-term partner success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming ecosystem.
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and guiding internal teams on requirements.
Establish and grow a regional business development team, providing leadership, mentorship, and training.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners.
Represent SOFTSWISS at conferences, trade shows, and industry events across Asia.
Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to inform executive decision-making.
Advocate for localized solutions and marketing strategies to maximize relevance in diverse Asian markets.

Required Experience:
7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within iGaming or a related tech-driven industry.
Proven track record of driving market expansion and revenue growth in Asia.
Strong network of industry contacts, including operators, aggregators, and technology partners.
Deep understanding of the regulatory environment across multiple Asian jurisdictions.
Experience leading and scaling regional teams in an international business context.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Fluent English; additional Asian languages are a strong advantage.
