Are you a passionate and experienced Digital Design leader ready to work with some of the world’s most recognized global brands? Hogarth Buenos Aires is seeking a Head of Digital Design to join our dynamic team! This pivotal role is split between two key areas: developing high-quality digital design across online, social media, OOH, and other collateral materials, AND leading & inspiring creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Take briefs from internal and external clients and develop them from concept to final delivery.
  • Create on-brand, high-quality digital assets within agreed timelines.
  • Apply strong design theory and typography skills to every project.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership, clients, and global teams.
  • Lead and coordinate designers to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding work.
  • Present ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.
  • Proactively solve problems and escalate when needed.
Good to have:
  • Experience with automation tools

A Hybrid working model

What you'll do:

  • Take briefs from internal and external clients and develop them from concept to final delivery.

  • Proactively solve problems and escalate when needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in design or creative teams within the industry.
  • Strong background in digital design and production.
  • Excellent conceptual, design, and typography skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (mandatory).
  • Experience with automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong retouching and visualization skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
