We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic marketing leader who’s excited to shape our brand, drive demand, and tell our story to the right audiences. You’ll be leading a small but mighty team and owning everything from content and digital campaigns to ABM and performance tracking.

What you’ll do:
Own and elevate our marketing engine
- Take full ownership of our global marketing function—across brand, demand gen, SEO, and content.
- Set the strategy, lead the execution, and build programs that support our GTM efforts in the U.S.
- Translate business goals into marketing priorities—aligning closely with sales, delivery, and leadership.
Drive smart, focused demand generation
- Build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value U.S. accounts.
- Craft segmentation strategies, develop messaging that resonates, and activate the right channels.
- Tie every campaign to pipeline—and optimize based on performance data, not gut feel.
Tell a story that makes us stand out
- Build a content engine that speaks to our buyers—from awareness to close.
- Partner with brand and design to create thought leadership, case studies, and campaign assets that reflect who we are and where we’re going.
Lead a sharp, agile team
- Mentor and grow a cross-functional team covering lead gen, design/brand, and SEO.
- Manage and get the best out of external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- Set goals, give feedback, and build a high-performance culture rooted in creativity and accountability.
Measure, learn, and improve—always
- Own KPIs across funnel performance, campaign ROI, and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clearbit, and LinkedIn Ads to drive smarter decisions.
- Ensure our marketing engine isn’t just running—but running efficiently and at scale.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 15+ years of total marketing experience, including 3–5+ years in a leadership role
- A strong background in IT services or consulting marketing—especially for offshore India-based firms targeting U.S. mid-market and enterprise
- Proven success with ABM, full-funnel campaigns, and measurable demand gen programs
- The ability to position Salesforce services with clarity and differentiation
- A content-first mindset, with a knack for turning strategy into storytelling
- Experience managing small, agile teams and external marketing partners
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Clearbit, etc.
- A clear, collaborative communication style and a love for fast-moving environments
Bonus points if you:
- Have led marketing teams at a high-growth consulting company
- Know how to run marketing that drives revenue—not just impressions
- Can bring examples of campaigns that directly influenced pipeline
- Have worked closely with sales and delivery leaders on GTM planning
- Have built and scaled an ABM function from scratch
