Job Description
The Head of Marketing at GoArt Worlds will develop and execute marketing strategies focused on the gaming sector and immersive AR experiences. Responsibilities include optimizing the brand's digital presence across various channels (social media, influencer marketing, email campaigns, content creation), designing and executing data-driven campaigns targeting gaming communities, and managing relationships with influencers and agencies. The role requires staying updated on industry trends, monitoring competitors, and implementing innovative marketing techniques. Additional responsibilities encompass brand management, community engagement, press releases, sponsorships, and team leadership. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in the gaming industry, digital marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Details
GoArt Worlds offers immersive metaverse experiences in AR, location based AR and virtual spaces. You can connect with friends, fans, communities worldwide in visually stunning, immersive 3D spaces. Participants can discover GoArt Worlds and brand portals to earn MTEs and loyalty points as well as attend events and location based events of GoArt Metaverse and brands. With custom avatars, participants can connect their cryptocurrency wallet, collect in-game items, wearable NFTs and Brand Promo Code NFTs.
We help brands generate brand awareness and increase engagement with their content and products by providing an exciting experience that attracts participants and keeps them entertained throughout their visit. Brands can promote physical products and generate demand for in-real-life sales. With this strategy, brands are leveraging the GoArt Worlds as another channel for promoting their products.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement long- and short-term marketing strategies with a focus on the gaming sector and immersive AR experiences.
· Optimize the brand’s digital presence through effective use of digital marketing channels such as social media, influencer marketing, email campaigns, and content creatin.
· Design and execute campaigns tailored to gaming communities, leveraging data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
· Manage relationships with gaming influencers, platforms, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing strategies.
· Stay updated with gaming industry trends, monitor competitor strategies, and apply innovative marketing techniques to differentiate the brand.
· Lead brand management activities, including community engagement, press release distribution, and sponsorships or partnerships for gaming events.
· Foster team development, provide guidance on creative gaming campaigns, and lead by example.
Qualifications
· A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
· In-depth knowledge of the gaming market, trends, and consumer behavior
.· Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing tailored to gaming audiences.
· Strong experience in agency and campaign management within the gaming sector.
· Creative and analytical thinking, with proven experience in using metrics and analytics to drive successful campaigns.
· Leadership experience with strong team management and excellent communication skills.
· Advanced proficiency in English.
