Our mission is to enable the world to ship the best products. That starts with creating a place where everyone can do their best work. Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.
As SRE Manager, you will lead the creation and operation of a 24/7 Site Reliability Engineering function for Vercel. You will partner with developer teams to ensure that reliability, performance, and cost efficiency are consistently integrated into their priorities, and you will provide engineering support to ensure these goals are met together.
Your primary methods of achieving these goals should include: establishing and modeling a strong culture of ownership and accountability; developing collaborative relationships with developer teams; and driving candid, detail-oriented and solution-oriented conversations around technical risks and how best to manage them.
