We’re hiring an experienced RCM Team Lead to manage and guide our billing and coding team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring KPIs are met, and supporting your team’s success through coaching and operational improvements.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day RCM operations, including billing, coding, payment posting, and AR follow-ups
- Monitor and analyze RCM performance metrics (e.g., collections, denial rates, TAT)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
- Conduct team training and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with clients to resolve escalations and optimize revenue outcomes
- Generate reports and provide recommendations for process improvements
📌 Requirements
Must-haves:
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong knowledge of medical coding, claims submission, and insurance follow-ups
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with billing software (e.g., Athena, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks)
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
