Job Description
- First experience in a tech or digital environment (startup culture)
- Conduct annual visits to key partners across France.
- Organize and coordinate partner events, including sponsor follow-up and logistical support.
- Maintain regular contact schedule with clubs via email and phone.
- Report activities in the commercial tracking tool.
- Identify and activate additional opportunities like event affiliation/sponsorship.
- Manage Goodies/Furniture offers for partners, from sourcing to logistics.
- Prospect and onboard new professional partners.
- Represent Wyylde at specialized events and fairs.
- Promote online advertising offers and upsell.
- Sell advertising spaces on Wyylde platform, including proposal writing and campaign tracking.
- Propose continuous improvements for partnership strategy and content.
- Implement and monitor exclusive partnership agreements.
- Analyze results to evaluate performance and profitability of each agreement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline activation implementation.
- Flexible remote work / Flex Office in Levallois Perret.

Role 🎯
We are recruiting an experienced Partnership Manager to develop our portfolio of professional partners (libertine clubs) throughout France. This position requires regular national travel.
Missions and Responsibilities ✅
For over 15 years, we have built winning partnerships with the largest libertine clubs in France. These partners benefit from increased visibility for their adult evening events, reaching the largest sex-positive community on our website: wyylde.com.
Your key missions will be as follows:
1. Animation of the current partner network
- Annual visits to our key partners (approximately 20 clubs spread across the territory)
- Organization and coordination of partner events: sponsor follow-up, brand promotion, logistical support
- Monitoring a regular contact schedule with clubs (email, phone)
- Reporting in the commercial tracking tool (internal back-office and Stripe)
- Identification and activation of additional opportunities: event affiliation/sponsorship
- Complete management of Goodies/Furniture offers for partners (sourcing > purchasing > stock > logistics)
2. Business development
- Prospecting and onboarding new partners
- Ensuring Wyylde's representation at specialized events/fairs
- Highlighting our online advertising offer and upsell
- Selling advertising spaces on the Wyylde platform: proposal writing, configuration, and campaign tracking
3. Strategic support
- Proposing continuous improvement for the strategy, content, and directions of partnership programs under the supervision of the France Partnership Manager.
- Ensuring the implementation of exclusive agreements and monitoring their evolution
- Analyzing results to evaluate the performance and profitability of each agreement
- Collaboration with other departments (acquisition, communication, graphic design) to streamline the implementation of activations
Skills ⭐
Hard Skills
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or network animation
- Mastery of commercial and negotiation techniques
- Prospecting and retaining partners
- Animating and developing a field partner network
- Building activity dashboards in Google Sheets
- Comfortable in English and orally for internal communication.
- Good understanding of the challenges and constraints of nightlife establishments (libertine clubs, party organizers, etc.)
- Appetite for sextech: comfortable with topics related to sexuality, and motivated by an inclusive and uninhibited mission
- Startup culture: a first experience in a tech or digital environment is a real plus
Soft Skills
- Relational skills: sense of contact, diplomacy, ability to adapt your discourse to different profiles
- Analytical mind: keen understanding of performance issues and mastery of KPI tracking tools
- Organization & autonomy: rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
