This role, an HR Operations Analyst, serves as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, identifying and delivering effective solutions globally. The analyst executes processes, manages day-to-day operations, and supports HR business processes to drive a best-in-class employee experience, focusing on employee lifecycle and offboarding. The position ensures exceptional employee experiences by managing cases and responding to queries in line with internal policies and regional regulations.

The team is an integral part of the enterprise and enables the organization to move smoothly. Global People Services are vital consultants for employees and business leaders when they have any questions or concerns about HR-related programs, policies or procedures. The global team facilitates critical employee lifecycle transactions in a seamless way. From on-boarding new hires into the company, to coordinating global mobility and working closely with external vendors, the focus is simple: to provide a stellar level of support to our associates and business partners.

What You'll Bring:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries. This role involves identifying and delivering effective solutions to employees, leaders, and other HR teams. The HR Operations Analyst will execute processes, deliver results, and manage day-to-day operations on a global scale. This position is crucial in supporting and performing activities that enable HR business processes, ultimately driving a best-in-class employee experience. This role will focus on managing the employee lifecycle and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional employee experiences by executing cases and responding to queries in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regional regulations.

Impact You'll Make:

Case Management: Deliver the best employee experience by managing cases and responding to employee queries in line with internal policies and regional regulations including:

  • Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.
  • Resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Adopt a proactive and collaborative approach, working closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders on regional and global initiatives and projects. This involves:

  • Partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR systems, and other departments to support HR initiatives.
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and deliverables.

Workday Data Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of Workday system tasks and transactions.

  • Managing employee data changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in the HRIS system.

Documentation and Process Improvement: Identify and communicate trends and issues in interactions, providing insights to support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and updating them as needed.
  • Analyzing feedback and data to identify areas for process improvement.

HR Operations: Perform various HR service operations tasks, including tracking, investigating, analyzing, organizing, and auditing HR processes.

  • Conducting regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Tracking and reporting on key HR metrics and performance indicators.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding such as:

  • Coordinating onboarding activities, such as new hire orientation and training.
  • Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This involves:

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
