Job Description

The HR Apprentice at Hogarth will participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources strategies, ensuring conditions to achieve the company's business plan. They will apply rules and procedures aimed at providing a qualified and efficient workforce. Key responsibilities include assisting in internal communication card creation, benefits management, scheduling training sessions, general HR activities, collecting feedback on internal communications, and organizing internal events.
Must Have:
  • Be between 17 and 22 years old
  • High School in progress or completed
  • Be in good standing with mandatory military service
  • Reside in Porto Alegre
  • Availability for hybrid work at the company office, and for weekly in-person theoretical classes at Espro
  • Availability to work from 1 PM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday (4-hour daily workload)
  • Not having worked for more than 6 months as a Young Apprentice in another organization

What does an HR Apprentice do at Hogarth?

The Apprentice will participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources strategies, ensuring conditions to achieve the company's business plan. Apply rules and procedures that aim to provide a qualified and efficient workforce for the company.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Help in the creation of internal communication cards.
  • Help in benefits management.
  • Schedule rooms, prepare materials, and confirm attendance to ensure the efficient execution of training sessions and the reception of participants.
  • Help with generalist HR activities.
  • Collect and analyze feedback on internal communications, suggesting improvements.
  • Assist in the organization of internal events, ensuring clear communication before, during, and after the events.

Requirements:

  • Be between 17 and 22 years old;
  • High School in progress or completed;
  • Be in good standing with mandatory military service;
