Your tasks:

• Be the HR-Hero: Support our team in the administration and maintenance of personnel files, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from a new employee's first day to the last signature.
• Recruiting-Mastermind: Design and publish creative job advertisements, manage the entire application process and coordinate job interviews – you are the first contact for our future talents.
• Event-Organizer with Heart: Plan and organize unforgettable employee events and training that not only are fun but also strengthen and develop team spirit.
• Innovator & Researcher: Dive deep into HR trends, research current topics around labor law, personnel development and employer branding, and bring in fresh ideas that move us forward.
• Process Optimizer: Analyze our existing HR processes and systems and develop smart solutions that make us more efficient and sustainable – your ideas count!

What makes you stand out:

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d).
