We're looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to to support and evolve our core People systems, with a strong foundation in Workday and a service-first mindset. You’ll play a key role in keeping Workday accurate and efficient by supporting the day-to-day lifecycle of our employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-quality execution, solving system puzzles, and collaborating cross-functionally.
We’re seeking someone who’s experienced in Workday support and has done some configuration work previously—even if lightly—and is now looking to deepen their expertise in day-to-day HRIS operations, data quality, and cross-functional support.
You’ll work independently on core processes while collaborating across the People, IT, and Finance teams to improve operations and employee experiences.
We’re also excited about the potential of AI and automation to streamline how we work, and we’d love for this person to explore emerging tooling that can simplify manual processes and improve HRIS support at scale.
