We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Inside Sales and Sales Operations Representative to join our team. The Sales Operations Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of sales systems and tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies. You will play a multifaceted role in driving revenue growth, building relationships with customers, and supporting sales operations initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Acts as an extension to the Sales team by proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and product consultations to educate customers about our offerings and showcase their value proposition.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation efforts, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance and customer behavior.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to sales teams and management to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, sales technology platforms, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as pipeline, win rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and targets based on historical performance and market trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of sales technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on the effective use of sales tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to drive alignment and support overall business objectives.
  • Assisting with order processing, contract management, and other administrative tasks to facilitate the sales process and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing and maintaining sales data in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales data and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.

Pay Range

$60,900 - $113,100 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
