About the job

Job description

Trackman is looking for an Operations Manager for its Virtual Golf Team!

Trackman golf simulators and Trackman Range sites are installed across the globe at great pace. A very central element to both products is the Virtual Golf software, basically allowing golfers to play virtual 3D replicas of real-life golf courses. Trackman handles the entire 3D rendering process, from sending drone pilot on site to scan and register all course details, to recreating the course in 3D and making it available to golfers around the world through Trackman’s proprietary software. We are now looking for a Operations Manager to take the leading role in coordinating the tasks related to recreating courses (estimated 80-90/year).

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Monitor and track performance to ensure operational targets are being hit

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows including automation of common tasks where possible

Customer Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Devise new strategies to improve customer service and to help build lasting relationships with our clients

Internal Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure project objectives, deadlines, and responsibilities are understood
  • Utilize Monday.com and Azure DevOps to manage and communicate project timelines, provide updates, and share information

Partner Communication:
