Trackman Range Installation Specialist

Do you love golf and have a passion for hands-on project installations and logistics coordination? Trackman Range Operations is seeking a detail-oriented individual with basic IT network/technology understanding to install, calibrate, and test world-class tracking technology for driving ranges across the Americas. You will work with global operations, sales representatives, customers, and subcontractors, ensuring installations meet project requirements and expectations. Responsibilities include carrying out high-quality installations, establishing positive customer and co-worker relationships, providing client support, developing installation best practices, and assisting the operations team with additional tasks. You will also lead by example, demonstrating safety, cost control, asset management, and professionalism.

Trackman Range Operations is looking for a detail-orientated, hard-working candidate, with basic understandings of IT networks/technology, that likes to travel to will play an integral role in bringing our client’s a world-class Tracking Technology to their driving ranges across the Americas. Job Description:
You will work closely with the global operations team, sales representatives, customers, AND subcontractors.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

(1) Travel, Install, calibrate, and test to ensure that driving range installations are completed in line with expectations 

(2) Work directly with Trackman Range Project Manager to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites are met prior to installation

(3) Assist Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed while not on-site for an installation.

What will you be doing?

• Work directly with the Installation Manager to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites before installation.

• Carry-out end to end and high-quality installation of Trackman Range technology

• Establish positive relationships with customers and co-workers

• Provide client support per our current policies and agreements

• Establish best practices and innovative concepts related to product installations

• Assist the Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed to help the Trackman business

• Lead by example, demonstrating an attitude of safety, cost control, asset management, and professionalism to all indirect supervision
