Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be crucial in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse while managing ERP and inventory systems. You will support Trackman's mission by ensuring smooth inventory and facility operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining warehouse organization, updating ERP and inventory management systems daily, overseeing facility operations and office needs, conducting regular inventory counts, monitoring non-product stock, and supporting continuous improvements to warehouse layout and workflow. This role requires strong leadership and team development skills, as it includes management responsibilities with direct reports.

  • Oversee facility operations and office needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock records.
  • Monitor and control non-product stock items.
  • Support continuous improvements to warehouse layout and workflow.

Job Details

You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse is organized, safe, and efficient while accurately managing our ERP and inventory systems. This position supports Trackman's mission by maintaining seamless inventory and facility operations that allow our high-tech products to reach customers without delay. As the right hand to the Head of US Warehouse and Supply Chain, you’ll serve as a critical partner in executing strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role includes management responsibilities and will have direct reports, requiring strong leadership and team development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain warehouse organization and uphold safety compliance aligned with TrackMan’s operational standards

  • Manage and update ERP and inventory management systems daily, ensuring data accuracy for high-value tech products

  • Oversee facility operations and office needs, including front office maintenance and managing overhead supplies (e.g., packaging materials, snacks)

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain precise stock records for equipment and components

  • Monitor and control levels of non-product stock items essential to smooth facility function

  • Support continuous improvements to warehouse layout and workflow to optimize efficiency in a tech-focused environment
