Join Trackman as graphic desingner and help us transform bold activation ideas into awesome animated reels, videos and show-stopping campaigns. If you are interested in making unique graphics in the world of sports, this is your tee-shot. You will be working with some of the most exciting partners in golf and help redefining golf’s most talked-about brand.

As a graphic desingner, you will work closely with the product marketing team, video producers, motion graphic designers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality graphic content that reflects branding priorities.

In marketing we are three teams: Product marketing, commercial marketing and Brand Marketing. Product marketing focusing on new product releases and features. Commercial marketing focusing on lead generation, e-mail marketing and social media. Brand marketing focusing on tournaments, global collaborations with partners and sports organizations like PGA Tour, DP World Tour, LIV and others.

We represent 9 nationalities in marketing alone and communicate in English on a daily basis.

Key Roles and responsibilities:

• Concept development with marketing managers and the creative team to understand the project goals.
• Develop presentations, templates, social media posts and product releases, including concepts for explainer videos and feature releases.
• Brainstorm visual approaches and create campaigns – mainly in Figma.
• Manage and update our media kit library in market in squarespace
• Create and update newsletters using Mailchimp
• Create visuals and illustrations in indesign
• Manage and update photo library on a bi-monthly basis
• Create social media campaign material with our social media team and motion graphic designers
• Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team.
• Staying updated with the industry trends and best practices, and refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push boundaries of graphic design

Job requirements

About you:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design/art direction preferably from social media, print or the advertising industry.
• You are fluent in Figma and understand how to utilize design systems
• You know the ins- and outs of Adobe Creative cloud, including Indesign, Photoshop and illustrator and can produce material for both screen and print
• You enjoy a high-paced workday and enjoy collaborating proactively with other creatives to brainstorm and execute as effectively as possible.
• You are passionate about sports and have a keen interest in Golf – or be willing to learn – fast
• You are proficient in spoken English
