Job Summary
Blue Yonder seeks a dynamic and energetic Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of professional experience to join their corporate brand and creative design team. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing visually compelling creative assets aligned with brand identity and strategic messaging. Responsibilities include end-to-end layout design for various marketing collateral like internal communications, case studies, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and event materials. The designer will collaborate with regional marketing teams and the Creative Lead, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Must Have
- Graduate in any domain.
- 1-5 years of total relevant work experience as a graphics designer or a similar creative role, preferably in a B2B/SaaS corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, having had extensive exposure to cross-cultural communications both regionally and globally.
Good to Have
- Canva and Publicate are also a huge plus.
- Experience using Project Management platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

With 1-3 years of professional hands-on graphic design experience in a corporate environment, our ideal candidate needs to leverage creativity and strategic thinking to enhance our brand and visual communications.
What you will do:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling creative assets that consistently align with the company's brand identity and strategic messaging.
- Execute end-to-end layout design for a diverse range of marketing collateral, including:
- Internal Communications: Emails and newsletters.
- Collateral: Case studies, brochures, ebooks, solution sheets, and presentations.
- Digital Channels: Social media graphics, website assets, and event materials.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and the Creative Lead to integrate feedback and direction into all assigned marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
