Solution Architect

The Solution Architect will be a key member of project teams, working both on-site and remotely. This role involves leveraging deep knowledge of customer business processes to design and implement Blue Yonder solutions for medium to large supply chain transformation programs. The architect will lead product implementations, own end-to-end solution design, and collaborate closely with customer business and IT teams throughout all project phases. They will also provide functional and industry expertise, mentor junior associates, and work with pre-sales teams to assess project workloads.

Must Have

• Leading implementation of Blue Yonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design
• Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
• Providing leadership to functional teams during implementation cycles
• Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings
• Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
• Providing mentorship to junior associates within the Blue Yonder organization
• Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles
• +2 years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Logistics industry
• Very good understanding of First-, Middle- and Lastmile-delivery and tactical network planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain or Logistics applications
• Business level fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe is required
• Right to live and work in the European Union
• Machine Learning & Data Science
• Python and SQL skills

Good to Have

• Fluency in additional European languages (German or French) appreciated
• Experience in supply chain software implementation
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project approaches

Job Description Summary:

Solution Architect acts as a member of on-site/remote project teams. Uses in-depth knowledge of customer business and processes to design and implement Blue Yonder solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs. Understands how the BY solutions can support customer business.

As a Solution Architect you will be:

• Leading implementation of Blue Yonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design
• Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
• Providing leadership to functional teams during implementation cycles
• Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
• Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
• Providing mentorship to junior associates within the Blue Yonder organization
• Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles

Knowledge and Skills, we are looking for:

• +2 years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Logistics industry
