Job Summary

You will play a crucial role in providing support to the Creative team with exploring and conceptualising design approaches and solutions across various projects that maintain the company’s vision and creative beliefs – ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigour and flair’. Responsibilities include creative conceptualization, visual asset design and support, graphic oversight, and graphic production, ensuring inventive and strategic design solutions across diverse industries and audiences.

Must Have

  • Ideate & collaborate with the Creative team to craft inventive and strategic concepts.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to bring client stories to life using communication design principles.
  • Ensure comprehensive project design and aid in execution through consistent coordination.
  • Follow design systems and champion best practices to produce production-ready designs.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Proven ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including ideation, drawing/sketching, typography, use of colour palettes and texture, and visual presentation development.
  • Ability to work across scale in digital, print, and physical spaces.
  • Ability to showcase ideas and concepts through different mediums from sketching, illustrating, motion, and creating mock-ups.
  • Prior experience in brand identity creation and/or experience in the application of the established visual guidelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to design trends and industry standards.

Good to Have

  • Basic motion and 3D design knowledge
  • Prior experience in environmental graphic design
  • Prior internship or work experience in a similar role

Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in providing support to the Creative team with exploring and conceptualising design approaches and solutions across various projects that maintain the company’s vision and creative beliefs – ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigour and flair’.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creative Conceptualization – Ideate & collaborate with the Creative team to craft concepts that are inventive, and strategic, and create meaningful experiences for diverse industries and audiences.
  • Visual Asset Design & Support - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to bring our client’s stories to life using communication design principles, including presentations, graphics, documents, and digital assets.
  • Graphic Oversight – Ensure comprehensive project design and aid in execution through consistent coordination with the internal design team, and external design vendors.
  • Graphic Production - Follow design systems and champion best practices to produce production-ready designs for digital, print, and retail applications.

Experience Needed / Our Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Proven ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including ideation, drawing/sketching, typography, use of colour palettes and texture, and visual presentation development.
  • Ability to work across scale in digital, print, and physical spaces, from app icon design to wall murals.
  • Ability to showcase ideas and concepts through different mediums from sketching, illustrating, motion, and creating mock-ups.
  • Prior experience in brand identity creation and/or experience in the application of the established visual guidelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
