Job Summary
Landor is seeking an Executive Director, Brand Performance in Sydney. This role involves measuring, quantifying, and monetizing the impact of brand, building predictive models for brand equity, and developing robust business cases. The Executive Director will synthesize diverse data, evolve Brand Performance offerings, partner with internal teams, manage suppliers, mentor junior staff, and champion Brand Performance for new business growth. Requires extensive experience in brand/marketing services, understanding of financial and predictive models, client relationship management, and team leadership.
Must Have
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a brand/design or marketing services agency, ideally across both B2C and B2B categories
- Understanding in building future-facing models, including financial models, ROI measurement, brand and business value, setting up and tracking commercial KPIs, and working with predictive models and tools
- Experience in managing and growing client relationships as well as developing, pitching and winning new business
- Demonstrated experience presenting and collaborating with Executive-level teams
- Confidence managing and leading a team

What you’ll do
Measure, quantify & monetise, predict & project the impact of brand. Give clients greater certainty over their strategic brand and business decisions that support brand transformation deliverables from the wider team.
- Synthesize diverse data sources (primary, secondary, client financial, proprietary) to deliver actionable insights that demonstrate the commercial impact of brands and inform client strategy.
- Build 5-year projective models for brand equity and develop robust business cases for brand change.
- Continuously evolve and enhance our Brand Performance offerings, create new IP, and leverage advanced tools and methodologies (e.g., brand portfolio optimization, investment modeling, equity tracking).
- Partner effectively across internal teams (Strategy, Client Services, Design) and act as a data-driven consultant to clients and colleagues, designing approaches to connect and analyze disparate data sources.
- Identify, recruit, and manage best-in-class Brand Performance suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior team members in the application of analytics and brand research tools, and educate colleagues on our core methodologies for in-depth analytics and brand equity measurement.
- Champion Brand Performance by building compelling case studies and content, and support new business growth by defining Brand Performance needs in RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials.
What you’ll need
