Must Have

  • Create engaging thumbnails and graphics for live and VOD content using Figma and Photoshop
  • Work closely with livestreaming, sports, and editorial teams
  • Efficiently manage, organise, and catalogue digital files and assets
  • Perform thorough checks on all visual outputs to ensure strict adherence to brand standards
  • Available for day and overnight shifts to align with the Winter Olympic/Paralympic Games schedule
  • Proven experience in graphic design for digital media
  • High proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Canva) and Photoshop
  • Strong organisational skills

Join us as a Casual Junior Graphic Designer to create killer, engaging thumbnails and graphics for our Winter Olympics and Paralympics streams from Mid Jan through to March 16th, 2026. Figma and Photoshop skills are essential. This role requires flexibility for day and overnight shifts, and a love of sports media is a bonus

Day to day you will:

  • Create engaging thumbnails and graphics for live and VOD content using Figma and Photoshop to boost viewer engagement.
  • Work closely with the livestreaming, sports, and editorial teams to deliver visually compelling content.
  • Efficiently manage, organise, and catalogue a high volume of digital files and assets.
  • Perform thorough checks on all visual outputs to ensure strict adherence to brand standards.
  • Must be available for day and overnight shifts to align with the Winter Olympic/Paralympic Games schedule.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in graphic design for digital media, with high proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Canva) and Photoshop.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of digital files and assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • A keen eye for detail, a passion for creating engaging designs, and the ability to take constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with various sports and production teams.
  • An interest in sports and media production is highly advantageous.
