Senior Graphic Designer

Rapt Studio is an award-winning design and strategy studio with locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York. They seek a Senior Graphic Designer to join their hybrid team, working three days a week in the studio. This role is crucial for all project phases, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and creativity, contributing to holistic design solutions that blend architecture, interior design, brand experience, and strategic thinking for leading global brands.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in graphic design or related field
• A portfolio demonstrating strong skills in design, typography, conceptual thinking, and visual communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• An awareness of current industry and technology standards
• Maintain a keen eye for detail
• Manage multiple projects across teams
• Confidence and creativity to be on the frontlines of work

• A person who can move between projects that vary greatly in scope and type

Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Salary for this role is estimated between $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
